I was introduced to my passion in home repairs and renovations in 2005 after purchasing our first home. While serving in the Army National Guard, I was fortunate to serve with a few tradesmen who were willing to assist and guided me through numerous renovations and repairs on our home. I gained a basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. While deployed from 2014-2015 during my down time I earned 208 credit hours toward a home inspector course. These courses improved my knowledge in identifying issues that would require repair and or maintenance in a home. Upon my return, I utilized my acquired skills and knowledge to purchase an investment property to flip. During this flip I realized that I find satisfaction in repairing and maintaining a home. Friends, family, and Realtors all complimented my work saying they could see the passion behind my efforts. I later attended a few adult ed carpentry courses at our local vocational school in 2018. I began working for a contractor on weekends who mentored and shared his knowledge in all facets in residential projects.

Now with 16 years of experience, I’ve obtained my Home Improvement Contractors license after retiring from the Military. My primary goal is to deliver honest and reliable service while obtaining positive working relationships with clients. As the owner and operator of To Do List Home Repairs I want to offer the highest quality services to future clients.
